Recent History

In 2012 Barrowford second team won Division Three and the season after in 2013 managed to come fifth place in Division Two, which at the time left them as the highest placed second team in the whole of the Craven League

In 2014 Barrowford first team beat Ingrow St Johns home and away in a season in which St.Johns won the Division One title. Barrowford finished 3rd in the league which was the highest finish since winning Division One in 2004 and 2005. Oakworth won the Wynn Cup that year, knocking out Barrowford in the process. Barrowford II were relegated from Division Two after just two seasons

2015 nearly witnessed the club folding with no off-field structure whatsoever with all the effort going into fulfilling the fixture list and just about getting the ground playable. The executive committee decided to dock all points gained from both Barrowford sides due to no players being DBS checked, which resulted in a harsh double relegation

In 2016 both Barrowford first and second teams were promoted at the first attempt. Barrowford trailed 11 points behind Wilsden in June after a poor start and bad luck with abandoned games. However a run of 11 wins from the final 12 league games so the Lancashire side back to Division One and in the process defeated every team in the league. Barrowford II also beat every team they played except Chatburn II who did the double over the Bullholme Side
